Project Description:

WT provided full QS services for the residential construction at Kai Tak from 2014 to 2018. With 822 residential units in total, the project includes 2 nos. of 35-storey residential towers and 4 nos. of 6-storey residential blocks. In addition, this project includes a single-level basement car park and a podium clubhouse. The GFA is 56,598 m2 in total.
