THE INDEPENDENT SCHOOLS FOUNDATION ACADEMY (ISF), POKFULAM

WT was engaged to provide full quantity surveying services in Q1 2021 until its completion in Q4 2022.

The project comprises improvement and alteration & addition works for main circulation from basement level to level 4, including:

(a) improvement works for Main Circulation of the School Premises, including new cantilever structures, link bridges and staircases to provide additional space for circulation purpose;
(b) retrofit the indoor game hall and play area by replacing the wall & floor finishes, light fitments, etc.;
(c) retrofit common areas at level B3 and B4 for gathering by students and teaching staff;
(d) alteration and addition works of the existing skylight from the Charles Kao Square to The S.K. & Margaret Wong Gymnasium;
(e) remodelling of the spaces for STEM/Science Room, Music Room and Multi-Purpose Room on ground level;
(e) retrofit the primary school library for new concept on learning and teaching; and
(f) remodelling of Primary Office UG/F.
