Project Description:
WT provided full quantity surveying services for One Innovale since July 2019 and the project was completed in May 2023.
The project comprises the construction of 5 blocks of 16-21 storeys residential towers with basement carpark and clubhouse facilities. The total GFA is around 612,500 sq ft and provides 1,576 residential flats.
One Innovale offers a dynamic perspective of the exterior scenery and develops a ventilation corridor that improve air circulation, dissipate pollutants and dilute pollutants. The exquisite landscape is green sculpted into art. The adaptable designs have allowed abundant outdoor spacing, wind flow and a wide range of sustainable facilities that optimizes the green elements.
It is the first residential project in Hong Kong to achieve WELL v2 Platinum Precertification for the whole development.
The project won two awards at the Green Building Council Award 2023:

• Special Citation on United Nations Sustainable Development Goals: New Buildings Category for Completed Projects – Residential
