Project Description:
WT was engaged to provide full quantity surveying services for Central Market in Q3 2020.
The Project comprises restoration and preservation works for the 80+ year-old Grade III historic building with associated interior fitting out works, building services installation and landscaping works. The Project is located on a site of about 11,340 m² including 1,000 m² of Public Open Space in Central. The total construction floor area (CFA) is about 8,700 m².
The Project has won numerous awards since completion, including:
