Project Description:

WT was engaged to provide full QS services in Q4 2009 until its completion in Q3 2015.

The project (The Avenue) is developed in two phases, featuring four residential towers with approximately 1,280 units. It also includes a shopping arcade that connects to the Wan Chai MTR station through a pedestrian tunnel, amenities like clubhouse facilities, public open spaces, a residential care home for the elderly, and conversation of three historical buildings. The total GFA is approx. 77,600 m²

Recognised as a Platinum-rated BEAM project, it has received several awards, including:
• Quality Building Award – Merit Award (Hong Kong Residential (Multiple Buildings) Category)
• HKIE Structural Excellence Award – Grand Award (Residential Category)
