WT provides full QS services for the residential development at 21, 23 & 25 Borrett Road from 2011 to 2022. The project comprises 5 residential towers, basement car park, a single-level podium with lobbies, a clubhouse and recreational facilities. The approx. GFA is 40,440 m2 and the overall site area is approx. 10,490 m2.
