Project Description:
WT was engaged to provide full quantity surveying consultancy services in Q1 2017 and the project was completed in Q3 2022.
It comprises the construction of 14 luxury low-rise residential blocks with 226 units, 36 family houses, basement carpark and clubhouse facilities. The total Gross Floor Area is around 46,200 sqm.
The development has won two awards in the Asia Pacific Property Awards 2022-2023, namely “Residential Development Hong Kong” and “Architecture Multiple Residence Hong Kong”.
