WTP was engaged to provide full Quantity Surveying services in 2007 for low-density luxury residential development, One Mayfair in Kowloon Tong. The project was completed in 2012.
Situated at 1 Broadcast Drive, Kowloon Tong, One Mayfair comprises 6 residential tower blocks of 10-storey each, sitting on top of 2-storey podium which houses the carpark, clubhouse and swimming pool.
The development offers a total of 120 residential apartments with mostly 4-bedroom units. Each unit has a GFA of approximately 2,000 square feet and some units have big dining rooms connected to large balconies.
