WTP was engaged to provide full Quantity Surveying services for MacPherson Place redevelopment at 38 Nelson Street, Mongkok, and the project was completed in 2013.
The project involved the construction of a thirty-storey complex with a two-storey basement comprising 300 residential units, an international standard multi-purpose basketball stadium, a shopping arcade, a youth centre, car parks, podium gardens and a landscape garden.
