WTP was engaged to provide full quantity surveying services for Jordon Valley Park. The project was completed in 2010.

Located at New Clear Water Bay Road, Kwun Tong, the project site was formerly a landfill site, covering an area of about 6.4 hectares, and comprised a wide range of recreational facilities for the public, including

  • A radio-controlled model car racing circuit;
  • Horticultural education centre;
  • Children play area, elderly exercise corner, jogging track and outdoor fitness stations;
  • Community garden, Bougainvillea garden, shrubs garden, maze garden, woodland and landscaped areas;
  • ancillary facilities including a management office, toilets, storerooms and car parking facilities etc.
