Project Location

WT was engaged to provide full quantity surveying services for Central Market in Q3 2020. The Project comprises restoration and preservation works for the 80+ year-old Grade III historic building with associated interior fitting out works, building services installation and landscaping works. The Project is located on a site of about 11,340 m² including 1,000 m² of Public Open Space in Central. The total construction floor area (CFA) is about 8,700 m².

WT was engaged to provide full QS services in Q4 2009 until its completion in Q3 2015. The project (The Avenue) is developed in two phases, featuring four residential towers with approximately 1,280 units.

WT was engaged to provide full QS services for the design and construction of Phase 1 of the HKFA Football Training Centre in Q1 2016 until its completion in Q3 2018. The size of the FTC is about 12 hectares.

WT was engaged to provide Bid Assistance Services in 2Q 2017 for Kai Tak Sports Park and the bid was completed in 3Q 2018.

WT provided full quantity surveying services for Mont Verra in Q4 2016 until its completion in Q1 2021.

WT was engaged to provide full quantity surveying consultancy services in Q1 2017 and the project was completed in Q3 2022.

WT was engaged to provide full quantity surveying services in 2008 and the project was completed in 2011.

WT was engaged to provide full quantity surveying services in 2Q 2012. The VTC Halls of Residence (Tsing Yi) is a 12-storey Hall, located in Tsing Yi Island and adjacent to the THEi (Tsing Yi) and IVE (Tsing Yi). The Hall provides 880 residence places for students.

WT provided comprehensive QS services for the construction and demolition of the So Uk Estate from2011 to 2018.

WT supported the bidding consortium and provided technical quantity surveying resources for the preparation of Cost Plans and Bills of Quantities (BQ) from evolving designs in 2010. Since completion the facility has won many awards.
