VTC Halls of Residence (Tsing Yi)

WT was engaged to provide full quantity surveying services in 2Q 2012. The VTC Halls of Residence (Tsing Yi) is a 12-storey Hall, located in Tsing Yi Island and adjacent to the THEi (Tsing Yi) and IVE (Tsing Yi). The Hall provides 880 residence places for students. Student rooms are equipped with beds, wardrobes, bookshelves, writing desks, chairs, smart-card operated air-conditioner, wireless internet access, electronic door access, washroom and bathroom. Hall facilities include common areas, multipurpose rooms, fitness equipment, televisions, pantries, microwave ovens, smart-card operated washing machines and dryers, etc. The GFA is about 15,700 sqm.
