Rasuna Epicentrum, Jakarta

WTP was appointed in 2006 to provide services for Rasuna Epicentrum. Situated in central Jakarta, Rasuna Epicentrum is one of the largest and most ambitious mixed-use developments in South East Asia.

The development which commenced construction in early 2006 and is expected to be fully completed by 2012; comprises a standalone TV station; retail; commercial offices; hotel and residential buildings.

The project will include Indonesia’s first tramway line with a one-way tramline to circulate the project and integrate Jakarta’s nearby monorail system. Due to the sheer size of the project, multiple design and engineering consultants have been appointed to the various projects within the development. WT Partnership however, has been engaged for the entire project.
