Appointed in 2011, WTP provided full Quantity Surveying services for Waterway Cascadia @ Punggol Way which is estimated to be due for completion in 2016.

With a GFA of approximately 135,000m2, eco-friendly Waterway Cascadia comprises:

  • 8 residential blocks ranging from 8 to 18-storeys with a total of 1,009 units
  • 3-room, 4-room and 5-room Premium flats. Balconies are available in the main bedroom of some 4-room and 5-room units
  • Separate refuse chutes for recyclable wastes
  • Motion sensor lights installed at common staircases to reduce energy consumption
  • A rainwater harvesting system to store rainwater for washing of common areas
