Hongkong Land announced “Tomorrow’s CENTRAL” earlier this year, its upcoming plan to invest over US$400 million (HK$3.1 billion) to expand and upgrade its LANDMARK retail portfolio over a three-year period, with phase one commencing in the third quarter of 2024. Additional capital investments of an estimated US$600 million (HK$4.7 billion) will be made by Hongkong Land’s retail tenants across the LANDMARK portfolio in the design and creation of new offerings.
WT Hong Kong is proud to be involved in the Alexandra House Podium Conversion and Prince’s Building Podium Conversion projects. On 9th December 2024, Mark Van Beers, Managing Director of WT Hong Kong and Macau, participated in the project partnership signing ceremony in Central alongside other members of the WT team.
As a project partner, we signed the Sustainability & Safety Charter, reinforcing our commitment to high standards of environmental sustainability and safety throughout the project lifecycle.
Following the ceremony, our team had the honour of receiving a souvenir from the CEO and Executive Director at Hongkong Land.
