The topping out ceremony was recently held for the KIX11 data centre in Osaka, Japan. Scheduled to open in 2026, KIX11 will feature 28MW of IT capacity. Our team is honoured to be the Quantity Surveyor for this project.
Conveniently located 76 kilometers from Kansai International Airport in Ibaraki. This hyperscale campus will cover 45,000 square meters and will include two state-of-the-art facilities equipped with seismic base-isolation structures. Once fully developed, the campus will provide customers with a total capacity of up to 68MW.
This project marks a significant milestone for our client as they expand to Asia, while also representing a key advancement for WT’s business operations in Japan.
