The project development is in Me Tri, Tu Liem District, Hanoi, Northern Vietnam. The development has a total GFA of 30,000m2 comprising Main Buildings for primary and secondary schools and an Early Years building.

WT is carrying out the full QS services role for Cognita with project completion due for all phases in Q4 2023.
