On August 28, 2026, RICS China Annual Dinner and Awards Presentation Ceremony was held in Shanghai. The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) announced RICS Awards in China, which represent the most forward-looking projects and successes in China’s land, real estate, building and infrastructure in 2025.
