We’re pleased to announce the commencement of WT Asia’s new Korea office, led by John Cho.
WT Korea is a joint venture between WT Partnership and BAUM CM, combining WT’s regional resources, expertise and proven track record with BAUM’s local experience and network to deliver a proactive, cost-focused service to Korea’s property and construction market.
With nearly four decades of international commercial and development leadership across Korea, the Middle East, Southeast Asia and the United States, John brings deep expertise in major urban, mixed-use and infrastructure projects. His experience spans both contractor and client-side roles, with a strong focus on cost management, commercial strategy and value optimisation.
As Country Director, John will lead our Korea operations, strengthen local partnerships, and support clients with independent, commercially robust advice across the built environment.
