WT provided full quantity surveying services for the alteration and addition (A&A) works to the existing building at 700 Nathan Road, Mongkok (commercially renamed as T.O.P standing for “This Is Our Place”) comprising a 2-storey retail basement, 6-storey retail podium, and 15-storey office tower. The entire A&A project was successfully completed in June 2018.
