On April 26 2019, RICS China Annual Dinner and Awards Presentation Ceremony was held in Bellagio Shanghai. The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) announced 11 RICS Awards in China, which represent the most forward-looking projects and successes in China’s land, real estate, building and infrastructure in 2019.
WT received two awards “Professional consultancy service team of the year – Construction – Excellence”
“WT Shenzhen Team – China Resources Tower”
“WT Chongqing Team – Changsha International Finance Square”.
Meanwhile, both projects had also been shortlisted for “Construction Project of the year”.

China Resources Tower
The China Resources Tower is a 392.5m building located in the center of the Houhai District in Shenzhen with 66 floors above ground and 5 floors below ground. The tower is the largest mixed-use development in Shenzhen with a total construction floor area of approx. 760,000m2, which integrates culture, retail, office and residential, including China Resources Tower, six-stars hotel and apartments (Andaz Hotel, Ruifu), art museum, CR Vanguard office headquarter, high-end residential and shopping mall “The MIXC”.
WT provided full quantity surveying services of the above between Year 2012 and 2019.
Changsha International Finance Square
Changsha IFS comprised of 2 super high-rise towers (Tower One is 452m high being the tallest in Hunan province) and luxury retail complex at the podium, which has now become the new landmark of Changsha.
The total construction floor area of the complex is approx. 1,000,000 m2 which consisted of corporate offices, luxury hotel (Niccolo, located between 86th and 92nd floors of Changsha IFS Tower One) and retail shopping mall. The design was inspired by Zhangjiajie, which is well known for its unique natural sceneries full of sandstone mountains.
WT provided full quantity surveying services of the above between Year 2011 and 2018.
