This development is the main social point for the Eurasian community in Singapore and showcases the culture and custom of the Eurasian Community.

Appointed since 2009, WTP is providing full Quantity Surveying services to a few phases of Equinix Data Centre, located at 15 Pioneer Walk, due for completion in 2014.

WTP was appointed in 2012 to provide full Quantity Surveying services for biotechnology-related development Epicentre at Tuas Biomedical Park.

Over the years WTP Singapore has completed various projects for the Ministry of Defence that are bound by confidentiality, including accommodation, camps, training centre, rifle range, etc.

Citi & Plaza 8 comprises 2 blocks of 8-Storey built-to-suit development with link bridge for Citi, delivered in 3 phases.

Completed in 2006, The Cathay retains elements of the existing structure built in 1939, including its façade which is conserved as a national monument.

WTP provided full Quantity Surveying services for this Singapore’s first Buddhist College which will offer a four-year bachelor’s degree in Buddhism for monks.

WTP was appointed in 2008 to provide full Quantity Surveying services for Tata Data Centre located in a 6-Storey Light Industrial Factory Building.

WTP provided full Quantity Surveying services for this recent extension to the campus at One-North Buona Vista.
