Completed in 2011, IBIS Novena Hotel has a GFA of 6,407m2 and comprises 241 modern rooms.

With a GFA of approximately 135,000m2, eco-friendly Waterway Cascadia comprises 8 residential blocks ranging from 8 to 18-storeys with a total of 1,009 units.

WTP provided full Quantity Surveying services for HDB Dawson Place C2 comprising 1,718 units over 6 residential towers with a GFA of 87,102 m².

WTP provided full Quantity Surveying services for the Grange Residences development.

WTP provided full Quantity Surveying services in for the Giant Hypermart Distribution Centre.

WTP is providing full Quantity Surveying services for Fusionopolis Phase 5, the first development in One-North to introduce the “Work Office Home Office” (“WOHO”) concept.

WTP provided full Quantity Surveying services in 2011 for Fusionopolis 3, comprising two blocks of 6-Storey development with sky bridge and two levels of basements, completed in 2013.
