Pacnet Data Centre, Tseung Kwan O, Hong Kong

WTP was engaged to provide full quantity surveying services in 2011 and the project was completed in 2012.

Located in Tseung Kwan O, the new dedicated, free-standing data centre has an area of 2000m2 with raised floor. The Tier III standard facility is designed with robust infrastructure for concurrent maintainability and high-fault tolerance. In order to accommodating critical missions, the data centre is equipped with 6 MVA utility supply which allows feeder redundancy and available for racking power up to 10kVA standard. The project also conforms to “LEED Gold standard” in green building design.

Our scope of services included building interior fitout, construction of new roof structure, roof cladding and external wall panel installation.
