WTP provided full Quantity Surveying services for the Grange Residences development.

WTP provided full Quantity Surveying services in for the Giant Hypermart Distribution Centre.

WTP is providing full Quantity Surveying services for Fusionopolis Phase 5, the first development in One-North to introduce the “Work Office Home Office” (“WOHO”) concept.

WTP provided full Quantity Surveying services in 2011 for Fusionopolis 3, comprising two blocks of 6-Storey development with sky bridge and two levels of basements, completed in 2013.

This development is the main social point for the Eurasian community in Singapore and showcases the culture and custom of the Eurasian Community.

Appointed since 2009, WTP is providing full Quantity Surveying services to a few phases of Equinix Data Centre, located at 15 Pioneer Walk, due for completion in 2014.

Completed in 2006, The Cathay retains elements of the existing structure built in 1939, including its façade which is conserved as a national monument.
