WTP was appointed in 2012 to provide full Quantity Surveying services for Epicentre at Tuas Biomedical Park. This biotechnology-related development is completed in 2015.

With a GFA of 29,390 m2, this mixed development comprises:

  • Integrated development of a Vendors’ Hub, shared facilities and amenities
  • Industrial facilities, laboratories, food court, fast food area, child care facilities, clinic, meeting room and training room
  • Constructability and sustainability programmes
  • Roof gardens, natural ventilation and water conservation measures to exude the notion of environment
