WT was engaged to provide full quantity surveying services for the renovation of wet laboratories on 4/F, Purple Zone of Academic 1 Building at The City University of Hong Kong.

The facility spans 25 storeys and a total area of over 50,000 square meters, with a substantial increase in the number of hospital beds from 120 to 470.

The project had a construction floor area of 20,000m² and was completed in October 2014.

The project consisted a residential complex – The Zenith and a conservation scheme for Wanchai Market.

The Wellington has a total GFA of 7,852m².

Located atop Che Kung Temple Station on the Ma On Shan Line, this upscale residential development offers unrivalled views of the river.

Part of the Grandiose’s podium structure built above the MTR Tseung Kwan O Tunnel had posed extra challenges in managing the construction cost.
