WT was engaged to provide full quantity surveying services in 2Q 2012. The VTC Halls of Residence (Tsing Yi) is a 12-storey Hall, located in Tsing Yi Island and adjacent to the THEi (Tsing Yi) and IVE (Tsing Yi). The Hall provides 880 residence places for students.

WT provided comprehensive QS services for the construction and demolition of the So Uk Estate from2011 to 2018.

WT was engaged to provide full quantity surveying services in 2Q 2017. Regala Skycity Hotel is a large-scale international hotel which situated in SKYCITY of Chek Lap Kok, a short stroll away from Hong Kong International Airport.

WT provided full QS services to the redevelopment project of Ying Wa Girls' School, which has been serving at its present site at Mid-Levels, Hong Kong, for over a century.
