12 prominent Asian architects


Located at the foot of the Great Wall in Beijing, the project is a cluster of villas designed and built by 12 prominent Asian architects. 176 guestrooms and suites in 36 villas; Bamboo House, a 716-square-meter villa designed by Japanese architect Kengo Kuma; Red House, designed by Beijing architect Andong, a 485-square-meter Red House villa stands tall in the mountains; Forest Hut, designed by Japan’s Furutani Seiakio, 573 square meters of forest hut villa.

WT was awarded the commission  to provide full quantity surveying services in 2019.
