Wendy Cheung shapes successful project outcomes through comprehensive cost management and expertise.

After graduating from the University of Hong Kong in 1994, Wendy began her career at Gammon Construction as a site quantity surveyor. She joined WT’s Hong Kong office in 1997, was promoted to Associate in 2004, relocated to our Shanghai office in 2006, and became a Director in 2011.

Now leading the east region team on multiple iconic high-rise towers—including Taikoo Li Qiantan, Ruihong Hall of the Sun, and Kerry Plaza Hangzhou—Wendy has extensive experience in major mixed-use developments across China. Her expertise spans all aspects of quantity surveying, from cost planning and contract documentation to procurement and post-contract administration.

Wendy has been a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors since 2000 and is also a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors.
