WTP was engaged to provide full Quantity Surveying services in 2008 for luxury riverside residence The Riverpark, which is situated at the banks of the Shatin Shing Mun River. The project was completed in 2013.
The exquisite riverside development offers 981 residential units within four 38-40 storey residential towers, with associated private landscaped amenities of over 130,000 square feet and a spacious clubhouse of 48,000 square feet.
