Ruby has worked as a quantity surveyor for more than 15 years and has broad experience in various Commercial, Industrial, Institutional and Residential Projects.

She has experience in all aspects of pre-contract and post-contract services and her duties include preparation of estimates, preparation of tender documents, evaluation of tenders, tender reports, preparation of contract documents, progress payments, evaluation of claims, attendance at meetings, etc.

Ruby had developed the technical skills and knowledge to be an effective and valuable team player in all types of project delivery.  She has demonstrated her mature approach to understanding and meeting Client’s requirement, maintaining deadlines, team building, multi-tasking and problem solving.  She is generally meticulous and diligence in all her work.

Ruby is familiar with Public Sector Standard Conditions of Contract, SIA Conditions of Contract and REDAS Design & Build Contract
