RMIT’s Saigon South campus is in District 7, Ho Chi Minh City, approximately 7 km from the city centre. The main campus building, AB1, is a five-floor building with wireless technology and has an approximate CFA of 15,000m2. AB1 was set to be re-modelled and refurbished to suit upgrading of academic needs. The client’s requirements changed upon completion of our services. WT carried out the full pre-contract services role.
