Project Description:

WT provided full QS services to the residential development of 10 Lasalle at Ho Man Tin from 2016 to 2020. The project included the demolition of existing buildings at 10-12A La Salle Road and 168 Boundary Street and the construction of a 20-storey high residential development (including 17 storeys of residential floors, 2 storeys of podium and a single storey of basement carpark). The podium provides main entrance lobby, carparks, E&M rooms and clubhouse. Total GFA is 4,198 m² .
