The project is to utilise solar panels to provide a 600 kva system including a microgrid and substation. The project has a construction floor area of 17,433m² and site area is 152,762 m2. The project is targeted to complete in 3Q 2024. The project includes the construction of Ponti Rock Hotel, Ponti Rock Villa and Ponti Rock Residences. WT is providing full quantity surveying services for the Ponti Rock development, and solar PV array situated in Flores, about 20km from the Airport and Labuan Bajo.
