K Nakkapol (K Non) is a chartered Associate Quantity Surveyor with very strong local experience in Thailand. He also has international experience on a wide range of projects including hotel, public housing, institutional, residential and civil projects. His core strengths include cost planning, budget control, contract administration, negotiation and final account and QS team management.
He has worked on many successful Projects in Thailand including Central Projects namely, Central Plaza Chaengwathana, Central Festival Samui and Queen Sirikit National Convention Centre. He is a very well-respected QS in industry and understands Thailand contracting arrangements, contractors and pricing.
K Non is extremely well respected both by clients as well as amongst his industry peers. He has developed a reputation for providing trusted Quantity Surveying Services to the construction industry which is invaluable to project owners requiring cost certainty on their projects.
