WT provided full pre & post-contract QS services for the new fit-out works spanning approx. 170,000 ft² on eight floors at the Manulife Financial Centre in Kwun Tong, the 4,000 ft² restacking works and the 95,000 ft² reinstatement works at the Manulife Plaza in Causeway Bay.
