This project is located in Phnom Penh, Cambodia and is one the biggest mixed-use developments in the vibrant and emerging city. With a total CFA of approximately 130,000m2, the three towers will provide an office, hotel and apartment functions and a podium spread over six levels providing retail, F&B, convention centre facilities. A standalone ten storey high data centre sits on the Northeast corner of the site and a global communications service provider will occupy.

WT carried out a full QS service role with project completion in Q3 2021.
