JTC Chemicals Hub, Singapore

WTP provided full Quantity Surveying services for this high-rise specialised complex at Tuas View in 2013.

This first of its kind hub in Singapore will cater primarily to small and medium enterprises (SMEs).

Due for completion in 2016 with a GFA of 26,750m2, this  multi-user chemicals hub  located at Tuas South Avenue 5  comprises:

• 3-storey and 7-storey buildings and a 2-storey carpark
• Facility designed to house hazardous material and withstand blast
• Façade opening required for blast vent/ panels relieve
• 42 factory units and 14 warehouse units to support the growth of the chemicals sector
