WT was contracted to deliver complete pre- and post-contract quantity surveying services for the fitting-out of new space, which included a trading floor, meeting rooms equipped with AV, a reception area, recreation area, private offices, a servery, a mother’s room, a pantry, a classroom, a fitness center, locker rooms, bathrooms, nap rooms, and a storage room. The total area of the space is 18,000 ft².
