WT provided full pre and post-contract QS services for the construction of two industrial buildings/data centers in Tsuen Wan comprising:

(1) Building 1 (Lot 313), an approx. 30,000 m² CFA data centre;

(2) Building 3 (TWIL 49), an approx. 50,000 m² CFA data centre.
