The total development of Phase 1A has a GFA of approximately 360,000m2 and is split into the following:

• 100 room VIP hotel; 50 ultra-luxury villas to be managed by VIP hotel operator; 350 room 5-Star hotel;
• Total combined hotel GFA is approximately 75,000m2;
• 12,000m2 high end casino with 90 gaming tables and approximately 1000 slot machines;
• 3 towers of condotel;
• Staff housing for approximately 2,000 plus workers with an estimated GFA of 40,000m2;
• 18hole world class tournament golf course and country club designed by RTJ (clubhouse GFA of 6,500m2);
• Associated infrastructure and external works to 38 hectare site area including highway access and landscape decoration.
