Project Description:

WT provided full QS services for the demolition and construction of two residential towers from 2011 to 2016. The project includes two 24-storey residential towers which have 173 units in total. The project also includes a 3-level basement carpark and a podium clubhouse. The GFA is 14,262 m² in total.
