WTP is providing full Quantity Surveying services for Fusionopolis Phase 5 in 2012, the first development in One-North to introduce the “Work Office Home Office” (“WOHO”) concept and completed in 2014.

With a GFA of 67,490m2, this mixed development comprises:

• 57,366m2 of quality office space [Grade A office] in a 17-Storey office building
• 4,624m2 of WOHO space in a 5-Storey building
• 5,500m2 retail space to cater to different retail requirements as an office and WOHO development
• Optimal energy efficiency and environmental-friendly features
• 2,690m2 in units ranging between 32m2 to 96m2 each of small live-in component for two to six employees, complementing the operations and business growth needs of the info-communication technology and media companies
