WTP provided full Quantity Surveying services in 2011 for Fusionopolis 3, comprising two blocks of 6-Storey development with sky bridge and two levels of basements, completed in 2013.

With a GFA of 25,512 m² and retail facilities at 1st storey, this  eco-friendly development included the following Green Features to achieve a Green Mark (Platinum) rating:

• Passive solar design using double glazed low energy glass to ensure thermal transfer value of  ≤ 40 W/m²
• Low VOC paint used for all internal walls
• NEWater for cooling tower make-up and back-up supply for rainwater harvesting
• Grey water collected for the toilet flushing system
• Electrical submeters to monitor various types of systems such as ACMV, lighting, domestic water, lifts, MV fans and solar PV
