Frederick Wu, Managing Director at WT China, has built a reputation for strong commercial judgement and enduring client relationships.

He graduated from the University of Hong Kong in 1999 with a Bachelor of Science in Surveying. He joined WT right after his graduation and worked with the company until 2003. During this period, he had been involved in a variety of projects, including fitout works and new builds. He also gained his professional qualifications and became a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors and The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Frederick re-joined WT in 2006 and has been based at the Beijing branch office ever since, contributing to its expansion and significant staff growth. Specializing in project commercial management and client coordination, he was promoted to Director of the Beijing office in 2010.

He has since successfully expanded the company’s business to other provinces, including Inner Mongolia, Hainan, Shaanxi, Shanxi, Henan, etc.

In 2024, WT appointed Frederick Wu as Managing Director (China).
