WTP provided full Quantity Surveying services in 1997.

Completed in 2010, Citi & Plaza 8 comprises 2 blocks of 8-Storey built-to-suit development with link bridge for Citi, delivered in 3 phases.

With a GFA of 74,066 m², this  project incorporates environmental initiatives such as:

• Estimated energy & water savings of 1,633,767KWh/yr and 7,054 m³/yr respectively
• Double glazed low energy glass to ensure minimal solar penetration
• Collection filters and recycling of grey water for use in the toilet flushing system
• Rain water harvest (3 day capacity) for landscape irrigation and rain sensors
• Extensive landscape to balconies & roof top
