WTP provided full Quantity Surveying services for this recent extension to the campus at One-North Buona Vista in 2011.
Biomedical companies are provided with the fundamental laboratory facilities to help them save time and resources during the initial set-up phase.
Completed in 2014, with a GFA of 46,182 m2, this “Shell-plus” laboratory development comprises:
- 7-storey building with a mezzanine and a basement carpark
- A minimum of 1,000 m2 of ready fitted laboratories
- Sustainable laboratory fit-out design
- Elevated water and energy loads required for operation and research
- Amenities, retail space and lobbies to the North and South Towers along Urban View Corridor
