Project Description:

WT was engaged to provide full pre & post-contract QS services for a Grade A commercial building on Hong Kong Island. The 140,000 ft² project comprised 7 floors with 2 mechanical floors. The project scope included a reception area/lobby, meeting rooms, an open-plan office area, a trading area, enclosed offices, telepresence rooms, a wet pantry/breakout area, a server room, an UPS room, a generator plant, a chiller plant, and an internal staircase.
