As the 10th Park Hyatt in Greater China, the Park Hyatt Changsha has officially opened. Upholding the brand concept of “a secluded residence”, this hotel is located in the high-rise T2 tower of the Changsha IFS. Just downstairs, you will find the bustling Wuyi Square and pedestrian street, while the hotel’s lift quickly transports you away from the noise, offering a peaceful view of the Xiang River and the beautiful Juzi Isle.
The Changsha IFS super complex has undergone 13 years of construction and transformation. Since opening in 2018, Changsha IFS has continually enhanced its diverse offerings, featuring a complete range of retail brands, Grade A office spaces, the tallest hotel in Changsha — the Niccolo Changsha (T1, 2018), the Changsha IFS Apartments (T2, 2022), and the Maqo Changsha Hotel (T2, 2023). With the opening of the Park Hyatt Changsha (T2) in 2024, this complex continues to add charm to the city.
WT has been involved in the planning, construction, and hotel interior design of Changsha IFS since 2011. With a total construction area of 1.02 million square meters, Tower 1 stands at 452 meters, making it the tallest building in Hunan Province, while Tower 2 reaches 308 meters.

The Park Hyatt Changsha features 230 guest rooms, including 24 suites. Guests can drive to the hotel lobby on the 4th floor, where a concierge will guide them to the sky lobby on the 62nd floor for check-in. Dining options are available on the 4th and 62nd floors, offering banquet services, a bar, breakfast, and all-day dining.
